Yes you do. X Saber Urbellum, is a synchro monster. he needs to be synchro summoned with a tuner and another monster, their combined levels, matching that of Urbellums. He should be in your extra deck, not your main deck. Also, if he wasn't a Synchro monster, you would still need to sacrifice to of your monsters from the field to play him, as he is a level 7 monster.(Tribute summoning.)
